Zimbabwean national in Cape Town, South Africa License issued in 7 working days.
The client had been awarded a consulting contract by a multilateral development bank that required an invoicing entity incorporated outside Zimbabwe. He had 3 weeks from contract signature to submit his first invoice. He initially approached a formation agent in South Africa who could not process UAE formations.
We took the brief, confirmed IFZA's processing timeline was compatible, and initiated the formation immediately. The client provided all documentation within 24 hours. We expedited the establishment card application and prepared the invoice template he needed for the multilateral client, formatted in accordance with UAE VAT rules. We also advised on UAE corporate tax registration given the contract value.
License issued in 7 working days. First invoice submitted on time. Client has since been awarded a second contract through the same client and is now building a team under the entity.
