    Situation

The client had won a distribution contract with a European solar equipment manufacturer that required his invoicing entity to be outside West Africa due to banking correspondent restrictions. He had looked at Rwanda and Mauritius but found UAE formation faster and more banking-friendly for his supplier relationships.

    What We Did

We assessed his activity, confirmed that a UAE free zone general trading or clean energy activity would cover his business model, and completed the formation. We also introduced him to a bank with existing correspondent relationships in West African markets, which was the critical requirement for his supplier payments.

    Outcome

Entity formed. Bank account opened with a UAE bank that had the correspondent network he needed. Supplier payments now routing through the UAE entity.
