Diaspora Business Consultancy ("DBC") provides business formation, visa, banking, accounting, and advisory services in the UAE. Our services are subject to these terms and any additional agreements entered into with clients.

2. Engagement

Our services commence upon execution of a client engagement letter and receipt of applicable fees. Pricing is as quoted and includes specified government fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, responding to requests in a timely manner, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

DBC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or third parties.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai.
