Kenyan family of four in Kenya Three dependent visas processed.

    Situation

The employer had processed the father's visa but had not assisted with dependent visas for the wife and children. The family was uncertain about the health insurance requirements, school enrollment documentation, and whether their Kenyan marriage certificate and birth certificates would be accepted without attestation.

    What We Did

We managed the full dependent visa application for three family members, coordinated the document attestation requirements (MOFA in Kenya, UAE consulate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai), and advised on mandatory health insurance for dependents. We also provided guidance on the school enrollment process for the two children, which requires the Emirates ID to be completed before most schools will confirm placement.

    Outcome

Three dependent visas processed. Attestation completed without the family needing to be present in Kenya. Both children enrolled in school in time for the new term.
