    Situation

The client had heard that the UAE golden visa was available to investors but had received confusing information about eligibility criteria. He had investments in UAE-listed equities through a brokerage account and owned one residential property in Dubai, and was uncertain whether these qualified under the investment category.

    What We Did

We walked him through the current golden visa categories, confirmed that his Dubai property qualified under the real estate investor pathway given the value threshold, and outlined the required documentation. We managed the application from submission through to visa issuance, including the medical and biometrics appointments, and advised him on how to maintain golden visa status over time.

    Outcome

Golden visa issued for a 10-year term. Emirates ID issued. Client is now a UAE tax resident with a long-term residency structure in place.
