Congolese entrepreneur based in Kinshasa and a Rwandan co-founder in Kigali, Rwanda Entity formed.
The platform was operational across 5 African markets but had no formal entity in any jurisdiction that an international investor would accept as a holding company. The co-founders were from different countries and had different travel document profiles, one with a strong travel history and one with limited prior international travel. They needed a structure that accommodated both profiles and allowed international investor participation.
We assessed both founders' visa eligibility, confirmed both qualified for UAE investor visas, and recommended a free zone structure with two equal shareholders. We managed the full formation and visa process for both founders, coordinated the bank account with a narrative that explained the pan-African platform model, and prepared a UAE-domiciled investor deck for their Series A preparation.
Entity formed. Both founders issued investor visas and Emirates IDs. Bank account opened. Investor deck prepared. Series A materials submitted to 5 Gulf and international funds. Two funds have requested follow-up meetings.
