Angolan family, parents and three adult children, all professionally employed in Luanda, Angola UAE holding entity formed.

The family had accumulated significant wealth through a combination of real estate in Angola and Namibia, and a minority stake in an Angolan logistics business. They had no formal holding structure and had been managing everything informally. The youngest daughter had been accepted to a postgraduate programme in the UK but intended to use Dubai as a regional base post-graduation. The family had previously been advised to set up in Mauritius but were not satisfied with the banking access and ongoing reporting requirements.
We advised on a UAE free zone holding structure for the family, structured to hold their cross-border assets, with the father and mother as shareholders. We managed the UAE entity formation, four investor visas (parents and two adult children who also wanted UAE residence), bank account opening for the entity, and a separate investor visa application for the youngest daughter. We also introduced the family to a UAE private wealth advisor through our network for investment portfolio management.
UAE holding entity formed. Four investor visas issued. Bank account opened. Youngest daughter's visa issued. Family now has a UAE base with four members holding valid residence. Wealth advisory relationship established.
